The person who originally created it for me, took my money and ran, leaving me a site that was not functioning properly and had numerous errors on both, the front end and back ends of the site. I was left with a site that was not a good representation of my business and would not allow me to even accept orders. Not only did Ryan give me a great deal, he always kept me in the loop as to what was going on and is excellent at returning emails in a timely manner. Even when I was super picky and had tons of questions, he was very patient and made sure that I understand each stage of the process.
