Our company requires a 50% deposit before starting any website work either design or coding. This payment may be refunded in full if within 3 days after our initial design concept is sent to our clients who are not satisfied with our graphic designs.
A Refund will be assessed by first incorporating a fee of $45/hour for our designs. Designs may take up to 5-6 Hours for a full page website.
The initial 50% deposit should be paid upon approval of the website and before the website is made live. No Refunds Will Be Made After a design via web or flash is completed or approved. This is fair to our company and our clients, by protecting both sides into having a pleasant transaction with each other. We use these terms as it is the fairest way to go about our company's procedures. Before making payments or a deposit you must agree to these terms.
